Britney Spears Moving Forward With Calabasas House Sale

Singer Britney Spears is selling off the house she bought with her husband, Sam Asghari, shortly after the couple was married last June.

The Calabasas home is located in the same neighborhood as her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and her two children. Unfortunately, it looks like the 41-year-old pop star hasn’t fallen in love with the new place and is looking to stay right where she is.

After announcing her intentions to sell off her new home at the start of the new year, it looks like Britney is already hoping to make a sale. Sources told TMZ that Britney already started showing off the house last week and is looking to snag $12 million for the 1.6-acre lot.

Britney paid $11.8 million when she bought the home last summer, but it doesn’t look like she’s made any renovations to the new home.

Many fans had expected that things had gone south with the new house after she shared one video from the couple’s new pool and then quickly deleted it.

Sources told the outlet that Britney felt too “exposed” in her new surroundings and wanted to stay at her Thousand Oaks mansion, which she bought back in 2015.

Fans thought that Britney had been posting old videos on Instagram when they saw her furniture being packed up and then later put back. As it turns out, the videos weren’t old.

It looks like Britney simply decided she likes her old home, despite it being her residency for the final years of her conservatorship.

Speaking of Britney’s Instagram behavior, she shared quite a few videos on her Instagram page over the weekend, including a shot of what be Britney’s new dancing spot.

Britney Spears Shares A… Cupcake Video?

On Saturday afternoon, Britney shared an Instagram video with her millions of followers that only featured three cupcake emojis in the caption.

In a 46-second video, the “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer moved her hips from side to side in a white puffy shirt that featured lace accents. She paired the look with a tiny green plaid skirt and her favorite brown heels.

Throughout the video, Britney keeps tossing her long blonde hair back over her shoulder as she rocks her hips from side to side. She keeps her hands on the waistband of her short skirt, tugging it down slightly as she smiled at the camera.

Fans weren’t quite sure what the three cupcakes in the caption were supposed to mean. Unfortunately, Britney has turned comments off on her posts since the start of the new year, so fans have had to find other places to debate the meaning behind Britney’s cryptic videos.

Is Britney Trying To Send Someone A Message?

Britney followed it up with another Instagram post shortly after that she credited to @boipoppin. The image features the picture of a blonde woman leaping gracefully through the air in a glittering pink bra, shorts, and ballet shoes.

The text around the photo reads: “I love being me it pisses off all the right people.” It seems like the “Slumber Party” singer might be trying to send a not-so-subtle message to someone, but fans aren’t quite sure who it could be.

On Sunday, the “Break The Ice” singer took to Instagram to share a video that featured her dancing in a white crop top and black shorts, although her outfit changes several times throughout the video. At one point, Britney stops dancing and appears to gargle water from a cup in front of the camera.

Even though her living room seems to have become a viral sensation as the background of most of her dancing videos, it looks like the 41-year-old pop star has found a new place to work out.

Britney dropped a long message in the caption, although many fans weren’t exactly sure what she was trying to say. Britney began, “Howdy ho down … tipsy cattle balls !!! I have no idea what that means 🙈 … feeling kooky and silly but can’t act too kooky or silly like kids because they say ‘she’s CRAY CRAY’ … either way I gotta move … so I did !!!”

“Sharing because I matter and if every person I call TAKES 9 RINGS TO ANSWER you can be certain I might get someone’s attention … all that LOVE !!!” Britney went on. “GOOD GOD RIGHT BACK AT YA !!! I bet after I post this my security answers after 2 RINGS … I be alive coming on my horse !!!”
