Did Lana Del Rey Post A Photo With Taylor Swift On Alleged Private Instagram Account?

Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift have plenty to celebrate!

The duo has collaborated on a track featured on Swift’s brand-new album “Midnights” which was released yesterday, October 21st!

The album has already broken streaming records despite only being available for a day!

Streaming giant Spotify announced earlier today that “Midnights” had broken two streaming records on the platform! According to their newsroom, Swift not only became the most streamed artist in a single day within the platform’s history, but her fanbase of ‘Swifties’ also helped make her tenth album achieve the landmark accolade of being the most streamed album in a single day!

Swift revealed she had collaborated with Del Rey earlier this month in an installment of her “genuinely chaotic” TikTok series “Midnights Mayhem With Me.”

The Blast kept a close eye on Swift as she revealed the 13 song titles on her new album, frequently covering her progress!

The existence of “Snow On The Beach” was revealed in the very last installment of the series, with Swift pretending to hang up the retro telephone before suddenly bringing the receiver back up to her mouth and confirming Del Rey’s involvement!

A Photo Of The Besties Circulates On Social Media!

Earlier today, multiple popular culture-related Twitter accounts, including Pop Crave and Pop Base, shared a photo of Swift and Del Rey hanging out together. The “Lavender Haze” singer and “Summertime Sadness” songstress looked everything but sad in the photo, which also shows Swift holding a drink close to the camera’s view!

The picture was also posted to multiple Instagram accounts, including the Del Rey fan account @lanaclique.

In the caption of @lanaclique’s post, the account owner wrote, “Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift her posting my post on @honeymoon.”

According to various corners of the internet, Del Rey herself is allegedly behind the Instagram account, which she is said to keep private! A fan once brought up the alleged private account in Reddit’s subreddit dedicated to the singer, asking if any other fans follow the account.

One fan responded in the thread, writing, “I do and she doesn’t post often on it but her last post was on March 15th [of 2018], it’s a selfie of her and [Del Rey’s sister] ‘Chuck’ [Grant]. She posts more personal stuff like videos of her listening to music filming herself.”

Wait, What? Does Del Rey Really Have A Private Instagram Account?

Del Rey pulled the plug on all of her official social media accounts last year. The Blast covered Del Rey’s big social media exit in September.

According to our report, Del Rey’s announcement came in the form of a video where she revealed her reason for leaving as having to do with “new jobs and endeavors,” and she also explained those new career opportunities needed “privacy and transparency.”

She also assured fans that her decision to go dark on social media did not mean she was completely stepping away from the spotlight.

“…I’m obviously continuing to my spoken word albums and my records and still writing my short poetry books, and that I’m still very present and love what I do.” Del Rey continued in the video.

She also discussed her then-unreleased second album of 2021, “Blue Banisters.” Del Rey described the LP as being “A compilation of older songs and a few newer songs. Some are written by family and friends and mostly old collaborators. And there will probably always be more to come,” she said.

Various social media accounts have been keeping tabs on the private Instagram account’s posts.

The Twitter account @LDRHoneymoonIG is dedicated to “Sharing all posts from Lana Del Rey’s @honeymoon Instagram account.” The Instagram account @didlanagopublic keeps an eye on the instances where Del Rey supposedly has made the account public for a brief time.

According to a tweet from the account posted earlier today, Del Rey had shared the photo of her and Swift in an Instagram story. She also allegedly shared a second photo featuring a bouquet of flowers as well!

Del Rey has not made any additional public statements regarding her public social media use, as of this writing 13 months after her announcement.

Del Rey recently shared that her personal laptop had been stolen in Los Angeles. According to The Blast’s report on the matter, the laptop had been taken from her car and had contained “various unpublished songs, private family footage, and her forthcoming book.”

Her revelation came courtesy of an Instagram Live which had later been reposted by Pop Crave on Twitter, and it looks to have been posted by the @honeymoon account! There’s no word on whether Ms. Del Rey will officially fess up!
