The 30-year-old fitness trainer celebrated her milestone 30th birthday in Greece last month, but it looks like she still has some stunning snaps and videos to share from her trip!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, Jen sat on the rocky cliff overlooking the ocean in a white pair of sneakers and a blue thong bikini. Her long dark hair is being whipped around her face by the wind, even as she desperately tries to push it back.

Jen later got up, taking in the incredible views around her as she posed with her arms raised over her head and her fingers bent into a peace sign.

“Remember, it’s never too late to hit the reset button. Whether it’s a relationship, a job, or any aspect of life, if it doesn’t bring you joy, take a step back,” she wrote in the caption. “You are the author of your life so don’t be afraid to turn the page and rewrite your story. In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared another “Get Ready With Me” video with her followers. She starts out in a black bra and panties, sliding her black skirt over the top. She then finished off her look with a black jacket, a necklace, and white sneakers.

She grabs a pair of sunglasses before she heads outside onto her balcony to show off her new fit. She then heads out onto the streets of Chicago and heads down by the water to go for a stroll as the sun starts to set in the background.

“Get dressed with me in my new favorite @aloyoga matching set, and let’s hit the streets of Chicago for some fresh air!” she wrote in the caption. “Share your top go-to spots with me, because I’m embracing my inner tourist around here.”

Although one fan told her to visit East Garfield Park, other followers just wanted to gush over her outfit. “You look absolutely beautiful today, seriously beautiful, Jen,” one fan commented. “Adorable outfit. Jen Shares Her Frozen Peach Lemonade Smooth Recipe

Jen is a fan of sharing her fun and healthy smoothies with her followers and her latest one proved to be a bit of a mess, as Jen splashed herself with juice and had to use paper towels to blot her abs and the top of her leggings dry.

Fans can still see the juice stains on her leggings as Jen continued with the recipe, mixing together two cups of frozen peaches, one large fresh lemon, 1/3 cup pure organic honey, ½ cup of water, and some ice cubes to complete her recipe.

“Let’s make a frozen peach lemonade smoothie that screams refreshment!” she wrote in the caption, along with the emoji of a peach and a lemon. Fans loved her recipe video and couldn’t wait to try out this new smoothie snack for themselves! “You’re amazing, Jen. I love all the things you do,” one fan commented. “I love her.
