R&B hitmaker  Jhené Aiko is showing off to fans that pregnancy looks good on her.

The B2k alum, renowned for her tracks “Triggered,” “None of Your Concern,” and “Happiness Over Everything (H.O.E.),” has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with American rapper Big Sean since 2016, after divorcing her now-ex-husband record producer Oladipo “Dot da Genius” Omishore.

Big Sean and Aiko announced earlier this month that they were expecting their first kid, implying their affair had progressed to a new level. Amid the news, the Grammy-nominated singer recently came to Instagram to show off her baby bulge to her followers via a breathtaking photo.

Aiko shared photos of herself during the week that appeared to have been taken at a baby shoot. However, until she released a picture showing off her baby bump on Friday, one would not have guessed that this was the case.

The image featured an ethereal backdrop and showed the singer unclothed and blazing with light streaks over her body as she covered her baby bump with her hands. Aiko kept her hair down and used basic makeup, highlighting her stunning oval face in the celestial-esque photo.

Since it was uploaded on the social media platform, Aiko’s post has received millions of likes and thousands of comments. She tagged her photographer Renee Rodriguez in the shot and captioned it with a single shooting-star emoji.

The most popular response to Aiko’s post came from her partner Big Sean. In his song “Deep Reverence,” Big Sean stated that Aiko had once experienced a miscarriage before their first breakup.

His message in her comment section not only showed his love for the singer but also deeply conveyed his gratitude for the second opportunity. He wrote, “Thank You” with a star emoji in one remark and “Can’t Wait” in another, indicating his eagerness to meet their child.

Fans of the singer also sent their well-wishes in the comments area as Aiko continues on her path to her due date. “Monumental moment for the stars above this baby angel chose you,” one fan said.

According to People, reports that the couple was pregnant with their first child made the news when a fan posted on Twitter that he saw the couple, as well as Aiko’s baby bump, while shopping.

“I just saw Jhené Aiko and Big Sean at Whole Foods, and she’s very pregnant. Iktr Sean,” the fan wrote last month.

Page six confirmed the news earlier in the month as per reports from a source close to the couple. “The couple are overjoyed and look forward to this next chapter,” the insider told the publication.

The pair’s expected child would make Big Sean a father for the first time and Aiko a mother of two. The “Triggered” singer has a 13-year-old daughter named Namiko Love, whom she gave birth to when she was 20 years old while dating R&B musician O’Ryan.

Jhené Aiko’s Latest Music Projects

Aiko and singer August 08 dropped a new single, “Water Sign,” on July 8, alongside a lovely video that complements the dreamy song. The two demonstrated their incredible vocals, with Aiko showing off her dance abilities in several scenes.

“Water Sign” comes from August’s newest E.P., “Towards the Moon,” which is one-half of the singer’s first album, “Seasick.” “Towards the Sun,” the first installment, was launched in May, almost two years after the Los Angeles native’s last EP, “Emotional Cuh.”

August is signed to Allel Sound, a record company that Aiko runs in collaboration with Def Jam. On July 7, she told Variety that her team had decided to sign the singer as her label’s first artiste.
